Donations to Christian Heritage Academy (CHA) can be made in the form of cash gifts, designated gifts, or planned gifts. Gifts can also be given in the form of appreciated assets: securities, real estate, valuables, etc. Another option is the Endowment Fund.

Christian Heritage Academy has established an endowment fund for the purpose of helping to fund operations. One of the main targets is helping to support and increase faculty and staff salaries.

It has become apparent, because of the maturing and growth of our school, that the establishment of an endowment fund would be a more productive and long-term method of stabilizing the financial future of CHA.

What is an Endowment?
An endowment is a capital fund that becomes a permanent source for revenue. Tax-deductible contributions are received and invested. An endowment makes annual distributions from earnings. The principal remains intact and grows from year to year, thereby providing increasing annual distributions.

What Will the Endowment Do?
The Christian Heritage Academy Endowment exists to provide long-term capital funding to CHA operations. Upon accumulation of capital, distributions from the endowment may provide a major and ongoing source of income for the school. Distributions may provide funding for:

1.      Increasing salaries and benefits for faculty, staff, and administration;

2.      Various programs of the school;

3.      Increasing operating funds. In the long run the endowment distributions have the potential to reduce the school's financial dependence on tuition increases and growth in enrollment.

How Do I Contribute?
Write a check payable to Christian Heritage Academy and memo it for the endowment. As you plan your year-end tax deductible giving, please consider investing in the financial future of CHA and make a meaningful contribution to the Christian Heritage Academy Endowment. Giving in perpetuity can be a very appealing concept for many people as they give in a most significant way in funding our school.
